The company was originally founded as VentureForward, LLC in 2001 and is now doing business as Targeted Innovation Services, LLC. While providing state-of-the-art information and ideation services, we focus on discovering your hidden innovation potential. We then teach your team to implement that potential to maximize the payout of your efforts and increase the probability of market success.
At Targeted Innovation Services we have the skill set and expertise of a handful of firms like Deloitte & Touche and McKinsey, but we’re smaller and more flexible. Sandy Ping, President
Sandy has been delivering breakthrough solutions to business and technical problems for the past 25 years. A certified Knowledge Engineer and trainer of Systematic Innovation Systems, he ranks among the top inventors within the Procter & Gamble Company, developing such breakthrough products and market changing innovations as Swiffer WetJet® and Cascade ActionPacs®. He has been training and facilitating project teams in applying state-of-the-art innovative systems for team learning for the past two decades to deliver an enviable track-record of market-changing business innovations.
Sandy's diverse background includes new product design and engineering, process and packaging development, knowledge engineering, knowledge management, and new business development. He is a trainer and practitioner of Statistical Quality Control (SQC), Quality Functional Deployment (QFD), innovation, as well as creativity and problem-solving systems such as TRIZ and Mind2Market. He currently holds 11 US patents and 46 international patent publications.
Sandy founded Targeted Innovation Services, LLC with a vision of applying his coaching and innovation process to client companies and organizations.
